CALLIE SMITH, APRN

           Callie is a distinguished advanced practice registered nurse with an impressive career spanning over 33 years in the nursing profession. Since earning her National Board Certification and completing her Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of South Florida in August 2015, she has dedicated her expertise and passion for healthcare to improving the lives of her patients. Callie's extensive experience encompasses a broad range of clinical settings, including Primary Care, Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine.

          Callie is a lifelong resident of Suwannee County

alongside her husband Mike for the past 33 years.

They have 1 daughter Dallas (Paul) Schrier of

Jacksonville and one son Chase (Peyton) Smith of Live

Oak, one grandson Jackson Schrier (17 months) and

one granddaughter Parker Smith (11 months) who are

their pride and joy. Callie and Mike enjoy traveling,

camping, and boating when not at work.

As Callie progresses in her career, she remains focused

on making a positive difference in the lives of her

patients.
