Joseph Charles Stankus II, APRN is a Florida Native and grew up in High Springs, Florida. In 2007, he earned his Registered Nursing Degree and began working at North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville, Florida in the emergency department for eight years.

In 2014, he earned his Master’s Degree in Advance Nursing for Family Practice graduating with Honors from the University of South Florida. He is board certified with the American Association of Nursing Practitioners. He has been practicing in this area for over 10 years.

He enjoys all aspects of family medicine with a special interest in diabetes, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, dermatology, men’s health, pediatrics, depression, anxiety, weight loss, and orthopedics.

He is happily married to his wife of 16 years and they have 2 very active children. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his family.
